Dementia care

The care required for a person with dementia can be challenging from day to day because each day is different. Caring for someone with dementia requires a consistent routine that is maintained by specialist communication, behavioural management skills which ensures identity is maintained and dignity is preserved.

Live-in care

There are many reasons why people may require live-in care. Whether you need a little companionship, leaving a loved one for a short break or you simply need that additional support if circumstances are becoming increasingly challenging for you or a loved one.


Our live-in care services is person-centred which offers a unique full-time one-to-one support to both individuals and couples in the familiar surroundings of their own home, ensuring that you or your loved one can remain as independent as possible and avoid the need for a residential care/nursing home placement. 


With a full-time carer on your premises, At Heart Care Ltd won’t only provide you with personal guidance and support, but also reassurance and peace of mind to family and friends situated close by or further afield. Our live-in care service is available to all age groups and can be utilised both on a long-term or short-term basis, for needs of high-level dependency and complex conditions to assistance in rehabilitation or companionship.
